Use of the App

By using Just Pray, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Not use automated systems to access the app without permission
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure

Subscriptions

Just Pray offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

Free Access Program

We believe prayer should be accessible to everyone. If you genuinely cannot afford a subscription, you may request free access through our support page. Free access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if misused.

Intellectual Property

The Just Pray app, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our written permission.

Disclaimer

Just Pray is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
